Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed via WhatsApp/Email. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Safety & Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety on our dhows and during excursions, participation is at the guest's own risk. We recommend all travelers have valid travel insurance.

Environmental Respect

As part of our sustainable mission, guests are strictly prohibited from touching dolphins, standing on coral reefs, or littering in the ocean during our tours.
